Voyager Declared Bankruptcy In July

Voyager Digital suspended all trading in July and petitioned for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The court proceedings led to its agreement of a sale to Binance.US following an auction; however, this transaction has come under scrutiny by federal and state regulators, including the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), evaluating VGX token as an offering without registration credentials.

It appears that the crypto broker’s latest action could be a sign of imminent selling pressure for ETH and SHIB, two of its biggest holdings. Arkham Intelligence data discloses Voyager holds 166,223 ETH worth $271 million, 6.2 trillion SHIB tokens valued at $77 million, 148.4 million VGX tokens (valued at approximately $63million), LINK ($13M), Fantom’s FTM($5.5M) and Bored Ape’s APE Token ($5M).

Arkham Intelligence reported that Voyager Digital crypto addresses contain a combined total of $697 million worth of cryptocurrencies, including an incredible sum of $236 million in USDC stablecoins.
